Yes, a resort fee of $29 per night is included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include: airport shuttle service, bike rentals, bottled water in room, Wi-Fi, Starbucks® coffee and tea service in lobby each morning, local phone calls, and use of local gym The Fitness Edge (shuttle service provided). Yes, we have several ADA room types available. Our ADA rooms feature adapted bathrooms, accessible bathing controls, accessible toilets, accessible light switches, adapted doors, televisions with subtitles or closed captioning, and either accessible bathtubs or roll-in showers. Palm Mountain Resort is conveniently located less than 7 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. We offer a shuttle to and from the airport included in your resort fee. * For the health and safety of our guests, the shuttle is running on a limited schedule.

Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to day of arrival. Should you need to cancel after 6pm three days prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax. Cancellation policy may vary during holiday and peak travel periods, please verify the cancellation policy at time of reservation. You can cancel prepaid non-refundable reservations up to 24 hours after you make it. After that, we will collect a deposit and the reservation becomes non-refundable.

To hold a reservation, a credit card is required.

Palm Mountain Resort is a non-smoking facility.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check into a room at Palm Mountain Resort. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in to verify age.

We do not have a full-service restaurant on property, but our Marketplace sells snacks and beverages for your enjoyment including beer, wine, coffee, and tea. Palm Mountain is located steps away from dozens of fabulous restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. Ask our Guest Services team for recommendations and promotions.

We do not have a fitness center on site, however Palm Mountain guests have access to The Fitness Edge included in your resort fee.

Yes, we offer a shuttle to and from Palm Springs International Airport, included in your resort fee.

* Call us after you land at (760) 325-1301 for pick up. The shuttle runs from the resort to the airport at 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm. After 2:30pm the shuttle service is by request only.

Yes! Palm Mountain is thrilled to welcome your four-legged friends. Two dogs per room are permitted – please see our pet policies for more information. Pet-friendly rooms incur a $60 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Rooms are subject to availability; advance reservations are required. Pet policy waiver must be signed upon check-in.
