GENERAL &
RESERVATIONS

Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Complimentary self-parking is available for guests in the Palm Mountain Resort lot.

Please make arrangements with Guest Services for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

All room rates are nightly, based on double occupancy with taxes not included; each additional person is $10 plus tax per night. Children under 18 years of age stay complimentary.

Rollaway beds are available for $20 per night.

Yes, there is a resort fee of $19 per night, which includes shuttle service to/from the Palm Springs International Airport, coffee and bottled water in room, Wi-Fi throughout, local phone calls and faxes, and the use of Palm Springs Fitness.

Yes, please make arrangements with Guest Services.

Yes, we have several ADA room types available. Our ADA rooms feature adapted bathrooms, accessible bathing controls, accessible toilets, accessible light switches, adapted doors, televisions with subtitles or closed captioning, and either accessible bathtubs or roll-in showers. Palm Mountain Resort is conveniently located less than 7 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. We offer a shuttle to and from the airport included in your resort fee. * For the health and safety of our guests, the shuttle is running on a limited schedule.

Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

POLICIES

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to day of arrival. Should you need to cancel after 6pm two days prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged for the first night's room and tax. Cancellation policy may vary during holiday and peak travel periods, please verify the cancellation policy at time of reservation.

To hold a reservation, a credit card is required.

Palm Mountain Resort is a non-smoking facility.

AMENITIES

We do not have a full-service restaurant on property, but our Marketplace sells snacks and beverages for your enjoyment including beer, wine, Starbucks® coffee, and Tazo® tea. Palm Mountain is located steps away from dozens of fabulous restaurants in downtown Palm Springs, and we have partnerships with several restaurants including Lulu California Bistro. Ask our Guest Services team for recommendations and promotions.

We do not have a fitness center on site, however Palm Mountain guests have access to Palm Springs Fitness included in your resort fee.

Wi-Fi access is included in your resort fee, and is available in your guestroom and across the property.

Yes, Palm Mountain Resort boasts a renovated and climate-controlled outdoor pool with adjacent sunning terrace complete with misters to keep you cool, a fire pit and new hot tub for chilly evenings, as well as spacious courtyards and patios ideal for taking in stunning mountain views.

Yes, however for the health and safety of our guests, The Spa at Palm Mountain Resort has suspended operations until further notice.

PETS

Yes! Palm Mountain is thrilled to now welcome your four-legged friends. Two dogs per room are permitted – please see our pet policies for more information. Pet-friendly rooms incur a $50 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Rooms are subject to availability; advance reservations are required. Pet policy waiver must be signed upon check-in. Please call 800-622-9451 to book a dog-friendly room.

Palm Mountain is equipped to host small meetings and events, with indoor and outdoor event space perfect for meetings, receptions, and weddings accommodating up to 100 guests. The health and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority. Through the stewardship of our management company, we've developed an elevated set of health, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards through our Columbia Clean program. Our pool is open! We have implemented a physically distanced pool furniture layout and installed distancing markers. We ask that guests respect the marked guidelines, and not move pool furniture as it is spaced for your safety. Our team is enforcing a strict cleaning schedule, and will sanitize pool furniture and high touch areas between each guest use. We kindly ask our guests to join us in the effort to keep our community safe and healthy.
