We offer a warm welcome to all of our guests at The Spa at Palm Mountain Resort, and we encourage each guests to familiarize themselves with our Spa Guidelines prior to their treatment.

• Please plan to arrive freshly showered 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
• All Spa services are by appointment only. After-hours appointments are available for an extra $40.
• Robes are provided. Please leave cell phones, jewelry, and any other valuables behind.
• Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of scheduled service to avoid cancellation fee.
• Guests not staying at the resort are welcome to enjoy the pool and hot tub following their treatment.
• Gratuity is not included but appreciated.
