Welcome to Palm Mountain Resort & Spa! We’re delighted to have you with us and look forward to making your stay a relaxing and memorable one. Nestled in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, our resort is the perfect place to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the best of the desert. Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about your stay, and if there’s anything you need along the way, our team is here to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Check-in & Check out

• Check-in: 4 pm
• Check out: 11 am
• Guests are welcome to store their bags before check-in and use the pool. If you need to store bags after check-out, let our guest service team know.

Pool

• Open daily from 8 am – 10 pm
• Enjoy our climate-controlled outdoor pool and sunning terrace.
• On cooler evenings enjoy one of our three firepits or relax in our hot tub.

Marketplace

• Open 7 am – 1 am
• Starbucks® coffee and Tazo® tea are available between 7am – 11am. Snacks and beverages, including beer and wine, are available for purchase in our Marketplace – perfect for satisfying a late-night craving or grabbing a poolside snack.

Housekeeping

• Our housekeeping team provides stayover cleaning service every other day. Please contact our guest services team for housekeeping requests.

Shuttle

• We offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the Palm Springs Airport. Departures from the resort are available by request every half hour from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM & are available only upon request from 2:30 PM to 10 PM.

Bicycles

• Available for guests 7 am – dusk
• Explore Palm Springs with complimentary bike rentals. Available daily, on a first-come-first-served basis. 90-minute max rental.

Fitness

• Gym hours are Monday – Friday, 5am – 9 pm & Saturday – Sunday, 6 am – 7 pm.
• Our guests have access to a full-service gym, Fitness Edge, located just 1.2 miles away at 170 S. Sunrise Way. We offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the gym by request from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Parking

• Open daily 24/7
• Complimentary on-site self-parking is available for our guests. Space is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Free street parking is also available nearby.

Spa

• Book your spa appointment between 8 am – 9 pm.
• Take time for yourself with a massage, facial, or waxing at The Spa. Appointments are required. Text or call 760-485-4443 to make a reservation.
